Tuition Information
Tuition costs vary based on your child’s age and schedule. To receive detailed information, simply email us, and we’ll provide you with our current tuition rates, minimum enrollment requirements, and details on joining our waiting list.
Families with multiple children enrolled at Applewood receive tuition discounts: a 10% discount is applied to the lower tuition for two siblings, and families with three or more children enrolled year-round receive a 15% discount on the total tuition.
An annual Registration Fee is required upon enrollment and every September thereafter. The fee is $100 for one child or $160 per family.
A two-week security deposit secures your child’s enrollment and remains in your tuition account. Upon departure, this deposit will be applied to your child’s final two weeks of tuition, in accordance with our policy.
Tuition is prepaid bi-weekly, with payments due every other Monday (or your child’s first day of attendance). This payment covers the following two weeks of tuition.
- Payments can be made by cash, check, or online banking, where your bank sends a check directly to us.
- Flexible payment schedules (weekly or monthly) may be available to accommodate your family’s needs.
- Any additional care, such as extra days or hours, is billed in the week following the service.
